Location Information


Denby is a Derbyshire village, situated 4 miles south of Ripley. The churchyard contains one burial of the Great War and three of the 1939-1945 War:

WW2 Burials

Pte. Enid BROWN. Auxiliary Territorial Force. 31st July 1944, aged 38. Daughter of Hugh Fletcher Brown & Bertha Brown of Derby. Grave 565

Leading Aircraftman John Trevor HUNT. Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve. 24th July 1943, aged 21. Son of Herbert & Jeissie Collin Hunt of Derby. Grave 414
